An industrial bin filled with salvaged corbels. Hey - that bin would make an excellent coffee table (with a piece of glass or ironwork on top).
Want to buy a corbel, but can't think of how to use them? Attach them below your kitchen cabinets for that unique architecural touch. Or, affix them to both sides of a window, and place a barn wood board on top. Use your one-of-a-kind shelf to display your favorite collection of ironstone, vintage globes, pewter or cake plates.

These antique factory racks are popular, but they are getting harder and harder to find. They are perfect for holding quilt and blankets, books or board games. Let us know if you are looking for one, because we usually have at least one for sale.
This one-of-a-kind cupboard was a great display piece for our candles (and it is back at the shop, if you are looking for a unique piece of furniture for your kitchen, family room or porch).
We went through several cases of candles. People would wander into our space and ask, "What is that great smell?" We were happy to offer everyone a "sniff test" free of charge!
We have a huge array of scents to choose from. Stop by the shop to check out Lemongrass or Clementine & Green Tea. And if you need a last minute gift for that faraway friend, we will ship them a candle or two!

Yes, that's right...Brandywine View is back on the road! We'll be making an encore performance at the Clover Market on June 5th.
Clover is an upscale vintage outdoor market in Ardmore, PA featuring antiques & collectibles, vintage jewelry & clothing, original art and artisan crafts. Clover Market won 2010 Best Outdoor Shopping Venue in Main Line Today Magazine.
We've been to Brimfield and beyond, searching for a fabulous mix of antique furniture and decorative items, with an emphasis on red, white and blue summer style. Colleen from freshvintage will be in the tent next door, selling her vintage finds, too. This will be the biggest Clover Market yet, with 60 dealers!

Our first attempt at taking the show on the road was a blast! On April 14th, we pitched our tents at Clover Market, and enjoyed every busy minute of it. We met so many new customers and saw many of our old favorites. There were even a few diehard shoppers who drove to Brandywine View immediately after leaving Clover. We'll be back there on June 5th, so be sure to stop by again!
We packed a HUGE truck full with our favorite garden and farmhouse finds. Here are some photos from the sale:
And, our pièce de résistance: this garden potting bench / fabulous patio bar/ shabby chic kitchen cupboard. It was custom made from recycled architectural salvage. This one sold very quickly, but we still have one more. Call the shop if you are interested.
Don't forget! Our Spring Fling Tent Sale is May 14th at 9am (and May 15th, if we have leftovers). We'll have hot dogs and great deals!

Today, we're highlighting three newly-acquired pieces from our Victorian Parlor room. Look at this spectacular dresser with golden knobs The perfectly-matched grain on each drawer-front is a work of art in itself.
This Chippendale Centennial Partner's desk has dovetailed drawers with a rope-style edge and ball & claw feet. Incredible, isn't it?
And, lastly, this exquisite circa 1830 Queen Anne secretary has a beautiful fan detail on the front...
...which is also repeated on the inside. The interior is in wonderful condition...
...even each of the tiny drawers is dovetailed!
